Seven!  Seven threads over there about he who must not be named in YHD that have been deleted.  I'm making scud my new home.

[li]Obviously the guy keeping that alive or resurrecting it from the dead has a personal axe to grind -- obviously like many other "small operators" this guy is predatory but he is a member of a very large club. [/li]

[li]We all went through that shit long before social media and the internet.

It's all to back that the experience level for these operators. Inexperienced pilots teaching no experienced pilots with no grey haired farts around to kick to virgin ass which seems to be the greatest difference between now and 40 years ago. [/li]

Try posting a similar thread here, and the same thing will happen (unless perhaps Kasper doesn't spot it). Scud himself pointed out in another thread that forum operators can be charged with libel if they don't delete libellous posts.

It isn't libel if it is true. That CADORS thread of theirs is still up.
[/quote]

Exactly. It was a Cador! This isn't libel for bringing it up and thrashing those involved. How PC has the world become? Oh, COLONEL!

Not anymore.

The lack of concern for unlawful airplane operation in Canada is unbelievable, it is truly a third world country.

I keep saying this, and people don't dispute it:

In the looney bin known as Canada, it is a worse
offense to hurt someone's feelings, than is it to
crash an airplane.

Fucking incredible.

Why bother to go through all the B.S. and cost of getting an O.C. if T.C. doesn't care what you do with one?

Too many people make the mistake of thinking
that TC is there to stop aircraft accidents.  You
know, safety.

That couldn't be farther from the truth.  TC
couldn't care less about safety.  All TC cares
about is paperwork.

If you have paper, it is uninteresting to TC
whether or not you crash.

This is crucial for a young pilot to learn.
Safety is not found in the regulations.  The
complete opposite is true, sometimes.

It is up to each pilot to figure out what they
have to do, to not crash.  This is anathema
to the white shirt crowd, but that does not
make it false.
