Andy Philips, two hangars down from me, died when his rudder fluttered.

Oscillations are really bad shit, and often not well understood.

That is why if you ever fly a homebuilt, I suggest not operating in the higher end of the airspeed envelope. Who knows how well constructed the aircraft is. Do a lower speed descent.
