I'm a 15, my husband is a 16.5.... I'm trying to picture the gorilla that has a 21" neck!  He'd have to throw off the weight and balance, I'd say....

The safety issue is that in an altercation - your tie can easily be used to strangle you. Can't do that with a clip on.


Hope the Colonel was able to stock up on shirts and epaulets!  ;) ;)
