As Canada's largest and most-read aviation magazine, we know the industry is grappling with the worst labour shortage in decades. Pilots are in short supply, so theoretically that should mean they are being paid more and enjoying better schedules with more benefits.

We decided it was time to dive a bit deeper into pilot compensation to analyze the developing trends in this area.
