Zane consistently makes very best the best flying videos on the internet. This one is no exception.

Yes.
While I don't feel the animosity toward that oddly facial-haired Youtuber that some do, I don't think his videos are that great either. I find that his videos are pretty average aviation vlogging fare which is an awfully over saturated genre of videos on Youtube.
The videos that Zane Jacobson (aka Backcountry Pilot on Youtube) makes are in a totally different class. They're more like short films. His production values are excellent, you can see the difference in effort that he puts into shooting and editing each one (which is why he doesn't make them very often). Zane is also a talented storyteller. One of his videos can hold my attention for the entire duration, I don't think I've ever gotten through a Flightchops video from start to finish.

What he said.
I think the fault of YouTube, is that anyone can upload their crap to it.
Very few have the magic ability to captivate.
Zane certainly has that talent.

At 7:05 is the seatbelt hanging out, the buckle beating the shit out of the fabric?
PS If someone could fill me in on the civil war beards, I would appreciate it.
Do any of you guys still go to AdCanada? It can take a while for threads to load when there are 50 ads holding things up.

I do most mornings. I'm a pretty laid back guy but some of the stuff said there just makes my blood boil and I don't know why I keep doing that to myself.
