Skip fancy coffees starting tomorrow and put that cash in a jar, by next spring you ought to have more than enough saved to take some Cub lessons.

Is there somewhere in Canada where you can actually get J3 Cub lessons????

There must be somebody doing it somewhere. If not, there are a handful of places with Super Cubs and Citabrias which are better suited to dual flying with modern fatties anyways.
Whatever you can find, try and pick something that can be flown with the door open.
