Saw this requirement for a recent pilot advertisement
(yes, likely written by some frumpy HR person):

I'm absolutely fascinated by this pilot qualification.

Does TC maintain a public "Naughty" and "Nice" list of pilots
that status can be requested from?

The wording is wrong.

It should be " Be in good bending with Transport Canada "

It is easier for T.C. to sodomize you bent over.

Some people are incredibly talented at raising shit (both inside and outside TC) and a company doesn't want the hassle.  How hard is that to accept?

Interestingly TC has a little bit of provision to reject an assigned inspector (like a POI or PMI) based on them not being in good standing with your company.

Yeah, I know you're right.  It's just hilarious to see it
put into writing, as an official pilot qualification.

Another pilot qualification I'd like to see in the want
ads is urinal aim.  It really annoys me to walk to
the urinal and see piss all over the floor underneath
it, which I have to stand in.

Makes you wonder if everyone in the building is drunk.

They say guys do better when they have a specific thing to aim at.  Why not paint the TC logo right on the porcelain's sweet spot so we kill two birds with one stone?  Stress relief and dry floors, FTW.

As long as I don't have to stand in piss.

Thinking about it, TC liking you is not unlike
Clifford Olson or Paul Bernardo liking you.

I guess that's an endorsement I can do without.
