It is simply amazing how it never fails that every time I compare pilots to truck drivers there is an immediate response from pilots that go berserk with indignation that I would even think the two occupations have anything in common.

You can't compare the two, Chuck - truck drivers get paid more.
Don't the Syncrude corporate pilots quit to drive truck, for better pay?

Is there a forum where truck drivers go to be bitchy and rude to eachother? And!! Is there another forum where a select group of about 6 truckers go to be bitchy about the drivers on the other forum? If so, I might consider it.

Actually the two professions share quite a bit of similarities, and I have the highest respect for truck drivers. My uncle has made a great living at it for years.
No one said having an opinion is an issue. It would be nice to see humanity duck it's pretty little face into some of the mudslinging from time to time. That's not aimed at you in particular, I just hate how nasty it gets for no real reason.
Having said that, I don't have a picture of my hangar handy. ;D
