"...That chicken has more experience..."

Careful making blanket statements...  (;>0)

When I joined TC, two of my co-workers were ex-Golden Hawks.

Sadly, when I left six years later, the writing was on the wall.  You don't need to be a "Sydney Smoothhand" to interpret the regulations...

With all due respect, John, I don't think you are aware
of how badly things have deteriorated.

In Ontario Region, there is only one TC Inspector that
can supposedly land a tailwheel aircraft.

And that TC Inspector could not land a Luscombe under
normal conditions.  The instructor candidate that I
recommended had to take control during the Inspector's
botched landing attempt to avoid damage to the aircraft.

My son at 14 could easily land that Luscombe in his first
attempt, without any checkout.  And he was taught to
fly by a very BAD PERSON, which by TC logic, is one
hell of an impediment.

Isn't it reasonable to expect a TC Inspector to be able
to fly as well as a 14 year old?

How am I being unreasonable here?  Am I a BAD PERSON
for daring to point out the incredibly embarrassing facts?

Is this why my property is routinely seized by TC?

If you could ask your buddies when I can expect my
laptop and iphone back, that would be great.

Just having some fun John, ;)
I have met some amazing people at TC.

Also some completely clueless ones, as an example the lady from the tower in Ottawa. She was adamant that our company submit a security plan to screen our passengers. After trying to explain to her that we operated Cessna 206s in the bush and that Bears and moose would frequently roam the ramp and runway. She threatened to send our file over to  The YEG office for further action which we replied please do.

Weeks later we got a call from our regular inspector who was pleased he would get an all expense paid trip to the Yukon. He showed up walked around had a coffee and went home. Great guy knowledgable about our type of operation.
Months later we got a fence installed between the "terminal" and parking lot. We then cut the U lock and propped it open never to be closed again.

Oh, my.  I seem to have touched a nerve.

Today I set a personal best and received three
separate threats of Enforcement action.

This is somewhat incredible, given that I
don't even live (or fly) in Canada any more.

John, could you pass some friendly advice
on to your TC buddies?

1) spend a little more time in the cockpit,
and a little less time at the courthouse.
Attacking a good pilot, doesn't make you one.

2) We are now on Year 17 of The Campaign,
which started in 2001 and has taken some
very long, strange turns.  Pass on to your
buddies at TC (Arlo, Wayne, Laird, Rotten Ronnie)
that's it's never too late to grow up.

Any time they want to return my property
that they stole, I'm ready.

Did you steal much stuff from pilots, when you
were a TC Inspector and you were feared?

Is TC even authorized to seize property. When and where did they do something like this and what did they say as a reason. I find this concerning.
