I had a chance to go in a vertigo machine at the aero medical facility in Namao once. It turned in a fairly gentle circle while they had you perform fairly simple pilot tasks with a low resolution simulation on the windscreen.

Eventually they have you change the Xponder code on the Xponder that happens to be under your seat.

You look down there and it's fine. When you sit up the fun begins.
