I have a bad habit of doing what people with guns
tell me to do. I understand you are a ninja bad-ass
and like Chuck Norris, don't need to do that.

I just never met a TC guy with a gun. Is it possible that TC was given your stuff from a different government department?

A very good friend of mine was a founding member - they are
technically not judges - of the Civil Aviation Tribunal.
A TC Inspector in Atlantic Region went completely fucking bananas
one day and with an invalid search warrant - she knew the address
was wrong, but said fuck it, let's go ahead anyways - broke into
my friend's house, with RCMP with their guns drawn.
They smashed up his place, took his computer which didn't work
when he eventually got it back years later, and then the RCMP tried
to distance themselves from the TC insanity afterwards. They knew
they shouldn't have done it.
And this is how the gangsters with guns treat a founding member
of the Civil Aviation Tribunal. Imagine how they treat a piece of
shit nobody like me.
That TC Inspector in Atlantic Region was insane. She called me
up cold and told me that if I ever flew in Atlantic Region, she
would figure out something to charge me with.
I never, ever flew in Atlantic Region after that, and never will.
Gangsters with guns. All I ever did was fly safely for 40+ years
and instruct for 25 years. Can't have that in the People's Republic
of Canada.
Ok.

"A TC Inspector in Atlantic Region went completely fucking bananas

Andrew: would that have been one of the enforcement lot? Unless things have changed in the intervening years, I don't see the RCMP taking a Regulatory or Airways (old terms-don't know the new ones) inspector along on anything except a coffee run to Timmie's...

All very interesting(and concerning) but that was your friend. Did they get the RCMP after you as well to seize your computer.

Do you have some friends there that can help me get
them back? It's been over a year and a half now, and
I've pretty well given up on ever getting them back.
I know I'm a BAD PERSON and everything - I've
said some funny things about David Suzuki - but does
that justify their bizarre and completely illegal behavior
towards me, my family and friends?
How many airplanes have I crashed in over 40 years
of flying?
What is TC's job, again?

Colonel.
Many times on these forums I have stated unequivocally that if I see a T.C. inspector approaching me I know I am in greater danger than if I am being approached by a common street criminal.
The reason is a street criminal can be arrested and punished by the police for unlawful actions.
A T.C. inspector is protected by the system and is free to do whatever they want.
Maggots have a place in nature, what benefit are these creatures to society?
Anyone here care to comment?

I remember Stephen Harper - widely hated for trying to balance
the budget and not cripple future generations with sovereign debt -
scared the hell out of me once, when he said that he had no
control over the bureaucracy.
Hold on a second here. I explain to people that in Canada, the
elected representatives to Parliament MUST vote along their
party line - NOT what their constituents want. This surprises
them.
This make the Prime Minister of Canada, if he has a majority
government, a de facto dictator for 5 years. You better hope
he's a good one. He appoints the upper house of parliament,
and the judges. He is the supreme commander of Canada.
There are no checks and balances.
Back to Stephen Harper. If the de facto dictator of Canada
publicly states that he has no control over the government
bureaucracy - who the hell does?
I think in the USA it's called the "swamp" or "deep state"
and not everyone loves it as much as the CBC.
