I doubt its easy getting into that seat in China. Likely one very smart hard working woman.

Formation aerobatics - especially close to the ground
requires exceptionally high levels of skill and judgement
if you are going to live very long.

It is terribly unforgiving of minor mistakes that other
kinds of aviation will happily tolerate.

Unfortunately this skill and judgement cannot be found
in a stack of paperwork - it is very complex, and only
comes from long experience.  This causes problems for
many, but fortunately for them, they do not consider
crashing and dying to be a serious problem in comparison
to other considerations.
