Well, I don't think his W+B was the problem,
despite what the aviation experts might think.

Fuck.  He was a really great guy, and a good
stick, but single engine with cold seats has
a certain vulnerability:

I had the pleasure of chatting him and hanging on his every word for about 30minutes in the high flyers lounge at Red Bull Air races.  He seemed like a real class act and very approachable!  I would have stayed months to listen to some of his stories.
