Of course no one in TC would be aware that these operators are doing this?

What a fuckin joke the regulator is in this country.

I guess if you say no, you probably get fired. There's always the next guy in line with 200TT and waiting to get on the line to build his hours. Sad state of things!

As long as you have good paper, Chuck,
anything is possible in aviation.

Look at the "learning experience" iflyforpie
refers to:
Spray paint overhaul hiding tons of things like defective flight controls and questionable modifications
The good thing about meat bombing is
that if you survive, you're going to be a
pretty good stick!
I'll give the pilot credit though... 300 hours, on a satellite base all by himself, had an engine failure, electrical failure, and airspeed indicator failure all at once and managed to put it on the highway a minute after takeoff missing cars and about a half a dozen cable crossings.
It's important to realize that TC is
interested in paperwork, not skill
or knowledge or ethics.

There is a known scoundrel - names
like Bluebird, Phoenix and AAA might
ring a bell - that TC just loves giving
paper to ... it's in the "public interest".

Two of the most stupid and dangerous
things I have done in an airplane in over
40 years of flying, were at the insistence
of two different TC inspectors - both of
them with decades as government employees,
obsessed with paper and not giving a shit
about safety.

Closest I came to dying in an airplane.

Now, you have to wonder.  TC Inspectors
can't all be stupid.  If that's the case, then
they are intentionally trying to cause fatal
aircraft accidents.  For certain people.

Something to think about.

Thanks all for the heads up. I spoke with other pilots that are doing it currently and receive a lot of similar feedback.

In general this is another level of danger that has to be treated with respect. This outfit seems to promote it well. The airplanes other than C208 are looking horribly but fly well.

Everyone seems happy with this ops.
