C340 Wing Spar 15,000 Hours

Was scrolling through controller and found a really nice looking C340 with 14000 hours on it (just checked it’s not on there anymore) I know they have a wing spar AD at 15000 which reflected the price.

My question is does the plane become totally useless at 15k hours or can one pay some shekels to extend it beyond the 15k.

All I could find was it cost 70k to do but that was from around 2001 and didn’t get into specifics of what happens then.

Most of the discussion online was about 414 and 421 and the initial reasons being suspect to begin with.

Rationally a private machines doing 100 hours a year would take 10 years until that time and could be parted out at that time but curiously looking for answers.
