The Fleet Canuck is arguably the best little trainer airplane ever built.

Of course I am prejudiced on the subject as that was my main trainer when I learned to fly at Central Airways at the Island airport in Toronto in 1953.

They had four of them.

Is there anyone else here who flew at Central Airways?

it looks deceiving but their is quiet a bit of room in them.

Also it's weird seeing an airplane that should be out there flying sitting in a Museum. ..

Ear? I wanted to write "err".
Quiet? He wanted to write "quite".

I'm almost ready to quit the Internet and leave it to the AI that is trying to take it over.

I'd buy a Rucus but they are $15,000us plus engine and I'm too heavy until they get the mods to up the payload.

Last I heard, there were a couple Fleet Canucks based (and flying!)
at Carp, Ontario west of Ottawa.
As God as my witness, I thought turkeys could fly.
