I don't think they can blame the aircraft, maintenance, weather or ATC for this one.

Every other pilot in the last 32 years managed to land this airplane without wrecking it.

Well, United got exactly what they asked for when they committed to DE&I instead of competency.


Second or third flight out of a heavy check and a cabin refit.

100ish hours of OE, but it’s the patriarchy that’s at fault.
