This little thing is every kind of perfect:


It’s a one-off designed and built by Steve Wolf, a man famous for making what I hear are very clever Pitts Special wings, as well as being a major contributor to the build of Delmar Benjamin’s Gee Bee and Jim Wright’s Hughes H-1. The guy knows what he’s doing and his work is just gorgeous. And yes, it’s a scaled down Pitts Samson but there’s a lot more going on here than just, “Make the same plane but make every piece a little smaller.”
