I guess as one of the resident over posters, I should have been doing these here.

I think I'm going to hang out with GoBoy at his base camp, check for chili dogs near the bus tower and look at airplanes this year but I am bit reluctant.

You are always welcomed at our Tigerboys Camp
We are on the corner of Lindbergh and Doolittle

Thank you. I felt welcomed and really enjoyed meeting your group.

No surprise though. The whole event is very well populated with nice folks, most of whom speak airplane.

Today is the decision day!  Most likely Wednesday to Saturday stay. I am bringing my older kid too. His first AirVenture.

Will see you boys

Looks like I am going to miss another year. I need an airplane, that would make it easier to go.

I'm still on the fence but looking at those same days.  Gotta find all my camping stuff then make sure there's no loose ends at work.

Trip canned this year, turns out I have to work for a living.  Enjoy Oshkosh without me, folks!

Sorry to hear Slick. I planned to make "airplanes life" but I accidentally got married. Best part is she is complaining because "life" cancelled AirVenture this year.

I said, "It will be there next year."

I hope I will still be kicking. I fear the chilli dogs won't be the same if they are still available at all.

You know, I'm not as bummed about it as I thought I would be.  I have a far more important airplane-centric holiday later this year so the days off work I skipped this week will get tacked onto that.  Plus the money I saved by not going to OSH will be poured into the gas tank of a biplane, wx permitting.

All's well in the Goodlin camp.

I probably should wait longer for a chili dog so I'm ok.

The only part I am really bummed about is missing the Apollo guys talking. Seven guys that allegedly walked on the moon*. I really wanted to be there for that.

* It's a joke man. I believe they went to get some rocks.
